Your message has the potential to reach over 20,000 faculty, staff and students visiting the Lory Student Center each day. Six spots are available per week, and reservations run Friday to Friday. Review specifications for delivery address.

  1. Your name, department, phone number and email address
  2. The subject line “LSC Table Tent Reservation Request”
  3. The name of the project/ad
  4. Your desired reservation start date, type (regular or premium) and duration (1 or 2 weeks)
  5. The account number that should be billed for the reservation
  6. Your current discount code (if applicable)

You should receive a response within two business days. Note that there are a maximum of 6 Table Tent slots per week, and requests will be processed in the order they are received. PREMIUM TABLE TENT POLICIES AND SPECIFICATIONS
Our exclusive, three-dimensional table tents offer superior exposure to promote your events! Premium table tents reach approximately 20,000 students visiting the Lory Student Center each day. These two-sided, full-color table tents are the only three dimensional advertising allowed in the Food Court; reservations run Friday to Friday. Premium table tents require a two week minimum reservation. The cost for a premium table tent reservation is $80 for two weeks.
Print quantity: 100; width 3.75″ height x 7″ depth x 2“

POLICIES
Reservations and Confirmation
  • Only registered student organizations, Lory Student Center Partners, and University Departments can reserve Premium Table Tents.
  • Requests are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • To ensure optimal opportunity for placement, client should submit request form at least 2 weeks before event.
  • All reservations must be made online and all changes must be made online through your account or by contacting the Colab Advertising Creative.
  • Each reservation runs for two weeks from Friday afternoon to the following Friday morning.
  • When you reserve an advertisement, the calendar will show a reservation from Friday until Thursday.
  • Reservations are guaranteed only when you have received a confirmation email from the Colab Advertising Creative.
  • Your reservation can be as many weeks as you choose; refer to Weekly Pricing tab as reservations have a two-week minimum provided in the cost.
  • If you choose to run your premium table tents for only one week you will still be charged for the two-week reservation.
Artwork
  • Clients will provide artwork for the two 3.75” x 7” panels on the premium table tents.
  • Designs should be set up as 4”x9” with space for artwork, with the negative space around the art provides for bleeds.
  • Artwork panels must go through branding approval prior to printing and assembly.
  • Branding takes at least 48 hours; we require artwork at least 10 business days prior to your reservation date for branding and printing.
  • Submit table tent artwork to the Colab Advertising Creative, or click on the Upload File Link in your confirmation email to submit artwork for approval.
Print and Assembly
  • To ensure optimal quality and expedite delivery, Premium table tents are only printed by the Colab Advertising Creative through Fast Print after receiving approval of artwork. The table tents will be delivered to Colab, and then assembled by Colab staff. Assembly time is included in your reservation.
  • Clients will pay Fast Print directly for print cost. Remember to include your Account Number or payment information when placing your reservation to make sure you are billed for printing.
  • All ads are recycled after removal unless you otherwise specify. If you’d like to keep your premium table tents please contact the Colab Advertising Creative prior to the end of your reservation.
  • Advertisements must adhere to the rules listed above to run during confirmed reservation times.
  • Colab reserves the right to remove table tents that are unapproved or outdated.

Requests for artwork for premium table tents must be made 10 business days in advance because of the time required to brand, print, and assemble them. With the high volume of project requests, not all requests are guaranteed to be fulfilled. We recommend requesting your project as early as possible.

TABLE TENT POLICIES AND SPECIFICATIONS

 

Reservations and Confirmation
  • Only registered student organizations, Lory Student Center Partners, and University Departments can reserve Table Tents.
  • All reservations must be made online and all changes must be made online through your account or by contacting the Colab Marketing Creative.
  • Each reservation runs Friday afternoon to the following Thursday afternoon.
  • When you reserve an advertisement, the calendar will show a reservation from Friday until Thursday.
  • Reservations are guaranteed only AFTER you have received a confirmation email from the Colab Marketing Creative.
  • Your reservation can be as many weeks as you choose; refer to Weekly Pricing under the “Pricing” tab for details.
  • You must make a new reservation for each new advertisement or new piece of artwork that you would like to display.
  • To see that your table tents are displayed on the confirmed date, please visit the food court.
Submission and Approval
  • All table tent artwork must go through branding approval prior to printing. Branding approval takes at least 48 hours; we require artwork at least seven (7) business days prior to your reservation date.
  • Submit your table tent artwork to the Colab Marketing Creative.
  • Table tents should ONLY be printed after receiving approval on your artwork from Colab.
  • After receiving approval, print 120, single-sided, cardstock table tents.
  • Deliver Colab approved, printed table tent ads to the Colab office (Room 276B in the Lory Student Center)  by 2 p.m. the Thursday prior to your reservation start date. Attach a note with the name of your organization. Please note, the Colab office follows the University holiday schedule.
  • All ads are recycled after removal unless you otherwise specify.
  • Advertisements must adhere to the above rules in order to run during confirmed reservation times.
  • Colab reserves the right to remove table tents that are unapproved or outdated.
