The student-operated Aspen Grille, a working classroom in partnership with the Hospitality Management Program, serves innovative, high-quality dishes while also providing students in-depth experience in both front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations. The restaurant is open during Fall and Spring semesters (Sept-Dec & Feb-May) and sources many of its ingredients locally and is also a member of the Green Restaurant Association.

The Ramskeller Brewery and Pub is open to all ages and offers a traditional pub menu including scratch-made pizza, mac and cheese, chicken tenders, and more. Non-Alcoholic beverages include soda and nitro cold brew coffee from Dazbog. For patrons 21+, the ‘Skeller offers 20 beer taps plus additional bottled options, including select beers brewed onsite by students in the Fermentation Sciences Program (you can see them in action from the dining area on brew days!).
Established in 1968, the ‘Skeller has served as a popular gathering place for the students, faculty, staff, and visitors alike for decades. And, continues to offer a relaxing pub atmosphere complete with pool tables, TVs, and music. Late-night programs and live music are featured throughout the academic year, too!
