Project Homeless Connect”][vc_column_text]Project Homeless Connect is a one-day event in the Spring that provides individuals and families currently experiencing homelessness or a risk of experiencing homelessness with access to vital services such as rapid housing and employment support, basic medical exams, ID/legal service, and much more.

Bohemian Foundation; Homeward Alliance; Outreach Fort Collins; and Colorado State University Student Leadership, Involvement and Community Engagement (SLiCE) office co-produce the event with support from United Way of Larimer County and the City of Fort Collins Recreation Department. The co-producers of Project Homeless Connect share the conviction that homelessness is a community-wide issue that needs community-wide solutions.

Project Homeless Connect Fort Collins was started in 2009 through a partnership between Homeward 2020, Fort Collins’ 10 year plan to end Homelessness and Colorado State University’s office of Student Leadership, Involvement and Community Engagement (SLiCE).
In the spring of 2010 the first annual Project Homeless Connect was held at the University Center of the Arts in Fort Collins. In its inaugural year Project Homeless Connect brought together over 200 clients, 200 volunteers, and over 20 non-profit and government agencies from the Fort Collins area.
