Program Suspensions

  • RamRide has been suspended for the semester.
  • Party Registration has been suspended until at least May 15, 2020.
  • Roommate Round Ups are suspended (students can still find roommates 24/7 through RentalSearch)
  • Off-Campus Life’s Home Buyer’s class has been suspended for the semester.

Contact Off-Campus Life

  • Off-Campus Life is available to support students/staff/residents M-F, 8am-5pm, through the following avenues:

[/vc_column_text][/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”PARTY REGISTRATION” tab_id=”1585240642697-82652e89-c3c6″][vc_column_text]Party Registration Suspended for 8 weeks:

Colorado State University and the City of Fort Collins are suspending the Party Registration program for the next 8 weeks in response to the COVID-19 health crisis.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Colorado Department for Public Health and Environment, the White House are encouraging all community members to practice social distancing, which includes avoiding gatherings of 10 people or more.  After assessing this guidance from state and federal entities, we have determined that promoting social distancing to help to stop the spread of the COVID-19 virus is something that we need to elevate at this time.

We are asking all CSU students and long-term residents to consider following these recommendations and have determined that suspending the Party Registration for the next 8 weeks is in the best interest of public health.  This includes suspending any parties that are currently registered and not allowing any new additional registrations at this time.

This suspension will lift on May 15th, and this date will be reevaluated as we get closer.

It is encouraged to avoid off-campus gatherings of any type. We are expecting students to follow these guidelines and while it may feel tempting or appropriate to gather together in small or large groups to have parties because of the access to free time or because you are at lower risk of infection, now is the time to show Ram Pride and put the greater community needs before your own interests.   Even if you are not symptomatic you can be a carrier of the virus so it’s important to distance yourself from others during this time.  Please avoid having off-campus parties until the state and federal recommendations have changed.[/vc_column_text][/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”RAMEVENTS” tab_id=”1584990876508-56927ae7-c730″][vc_column_text]For more information on virtual events, connect with RamEvents on Instagram (@RamEventsatCSU) or Facebook (RamEvents at CSU)[/vc_column_text][/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”RAMRIDE” tab_id=”1585240588982-02790b42-3e78″][vc_column_text]RamRide is currently suspended:

RamRide has suspended operations until classes return to in-person status. Considering that RamRide takes students to any home or business address in Fort Collins (including Old Town), we feel it would not be in alignment with the university’s encouragement of social distancing to have RamRide operate. We know RamRide is built to primarily prevent drunk driving, which is a serious social issue, and helping to stop the spread of the COVID-19 virus (flatten the curve) is also a serious social issue that needs our priority right now.[/vc_column_text][/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”REGISTERED STUDENT ORGANIZATIONS” tab_id=”1597961441754-81fade6c-444e”][vc_column_text]

We understand Spring 2021 will look different for Registered Student Organizations (RSOs) and the Colorado State University Ram community due to COVID-19. To ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals, groups, and the collective CSU community, all RSOs will operate with strict parameters during the Spring 2021 semester.
